UK Standard Delivery is FREE of charge when you spend over ?20.00. (For orders under ?20.00 postage is ?2.99).

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 or UK Mail Courier. Over 98% of parcels on this service arrive on average within 3 working days (excluding the day of despatch).

UK Next Day Delivery is a flat rate of ?7.99.

Orders are sent via UK Mail 24 Hour Courier. 99.8% of orders for next day delivery are delivered within 1 working day (excluding the day of despatch). Please note: Deliveries are made Mon-Fri only.

International European Delivery is a flat rate of £5.99

International Rest of the World Delivery is a flat rate of £9.99.

Royal Mail have restrictions on parcel dimensions so if your parcel is larger than this once packed, we will have to send your order by courier. If this applies to you we will contact you as soon as possible with your delivery options.

We currently issue a 14 day no quibble return policy from the date that you receive your order, provided that the goods are returned in a saleable condition with any original packaging. This is in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

If you are unhappy with your goods in any way, you can return them for a full refund, providing they are in a saleable condition with any original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Please remember to include your completed customer return form.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. To exchange an item please return your unwanted goods for a full refund as above and place a new order on the website for the goods you would like in exchange.
