At all times, we strive to ensure that the indicated stock availability is accurate.
Although very uncommon, there can be minor discrepancies between actual and indicated stock levels, due to the extremely busy periods such as Christmas and other times throughout the year, which can have an effect on delivery times. In the unlikely event that this should occur, it is our policy to inform customers of the expected delay and when the goods are likely to be delivered and we will strive to minimise any delay wherever possible.
When you select an item, our colour coding system means you will be able to see the stock availability immediately: green means we have plenty of stock; amber means low stock and red means we are currently out of stock.
You will sometimes find that items disappear on the website. This is usually because we have sold out of this item, it is not available for re-ordering so it will not be coming back in stock.
For items that are only tempoararily out of stock (and are due back in to us soon) you can still order these items that are showing out of stock and we will despatch them to you separately as soon as they are available. No additional postage and packing will be charged for goods sent separately. Your account will be debited for all items when placing your order. Against all out of stock items we offer estimated guidelines as to when these items should be back in stock. Please note these are guidelines only which we rely on third parties to provide for us. We cannot guarantee the out of stock goods will be back in stock at the estimated times.
