Can I track my delivery?

If you have opted for an Express delivery service (either Parcelforce or DPD Interlink Express) you can track your order at http://www.parcelforce.com and www.dpd.co.uk respectively.

My UK order is late, what should I do?

If you have opted for an Economy or Standard delivery service (either Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 24) and your parcel has not arrived in the estimated time, please first check with your neighbours and any 'safe places' your postman may have left your package (for example in a porch, greenhouse, recycling bin etc). If unsuccessful, please next try calling either in person or by phone, your local sorting office. Your parcel may still be awaiting collection even if you have not received a card through your door, as postmen are not always able to leave cards on every delivery. If your parcel is not there for collection please allow 15 working days for delivery before contacting us regarding your parcel not arriving. At this stage we will then issue you with a claims form and offer to either refund or resend your goods. All Delivery Aims are estimates supplied by Royal Mail only. They do not guarantee your goods will arrive in this time period. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.

If you have opted for the Express delivery service (Parcelforce) and your parcel has not arrived the following working day by 6pm (please note, no deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays) you can track your parcel at www.parcelforce.co.uk. If there is a problem with the delivery please either contact Parcelforce for further details or contact our customer care team on 01254 708068 or via email at sales@minervacrafts.com and we will contact Parcelforce on your behalf. All Delivery Aims are estimates supplied by Couriers only. They do not guarantee your goods will arrive in this time period. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries for express services.

My international order is late, what should I do?

If you have opted for a Standard delivery service (Royal Mail Airmail) and your parcel has not arrived in the estimated time, please first check with your neighbours and any 'safe places' your postman may have left your package (for example in a porch, greenhouse, recycling bin etc). If unsuccessful, please next try calling either in person or by phone, you local sorting office. Your parcel may still be awaiting collection even if you have not received a card through your door, as postmen are not always able to leave cards on every delivery. If your parcel is not there for collection please allow 30 working days for delivery before contacting us regarding your parcel not arriving. At this stage we will then issue you with a claims form and offer to either refund or resend your goods. All Delivery Aims are estimates supplied by Royal Mail only. They do not guarantee your goods will arrive in this time period. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.

If you have opted for the Express delivery service (DPD Interlink Express) and your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days you can track your parcel at ww.dpd.co.uk. If there is a problem with the delivery please either contact DPD for further details or contact our customer care team on 01254 708068 or via email at sales@minervacrafts.com and we will contact DPD on your behalf.
